NBA 2K21: 1st Cover Athlete Revealed as Damian Lillard

That’s right you heard correct! 2K has announced Damian Lillard as the first of three cover athletes that will be on the cover of the new NBA 2K21 game.

2K has been known to release three different versions of the NBA game each featuring a different cover athlete. The final two cover athletes will be announced later this week along with additional details on how about Pre-ordering NBA 2K21.

If you don’t know already, Damian Lillard AKA “Dame Dollar” is the starting Point Gaurd for the Portland Trail Blazers.

Dame Dollar has achieved many accomplishments behind his name that include a five-time NBA All-Star and NBA Rookie of the Year in 2013.

Aside from his many accolades, it should be known that Damian Lillard can shoot from the half-court like it’s nothing and finish at the rim with ease. From deep Buzzer beaters to flashy layups he will definitely get you out your seat.

NBA 2K21 is set to be available on the current generation consoles Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and the Nintendo Switch. We will also be able to upgrade the game to the next-gen console with no extra cost. So no need to wait for the Playstation 5 or Xbox Series X to get your hands on the game.

Although there is no official release date yet for NBA 2K21, the current date that this game will be available for pre-order is July 2 so be on the lookout.

Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 Review – The Lamborghini of Xbox Controllers

The Xbox One Elite Controller Series 2 is one of the best gaming controllers on the market (find it on Amazon). It truly defines a new standard when it comes to professional controllers. Microsoft has delivered a gaming controller with full customization and interchangeable parts to ensure complete satisfaction when gaming. This may be the Lamborghini of Xbox controllers.

The Design and Feel

Once you pick this controller up out of its premium case, you can feel the high quality that Microsoft had aimed to deliver to gamers. The controller case comes with a built-in charging station which you can place your controller on when you are finished gaming. The rubber grips of the controller provide a sense of comfortability that I have never felt before. If your hands get sweaty like most of us gamers hands do, don’t worry the grips will keep the controller firm in your hand. As you know this is essential when the game is tight and the time is winding down,

The controller is slightly heavier than the standard Xbox One controller but it gives it a strong durable feeling. This controller definitely feels far from cheap. Let’s not forget the hair-trigger locks that allow you to fire faster and save those milliseconds of time with each trigger pull. The trigger locks shorten the controllers’ trigger movement when you flip the switch.

The added paddles, interchangeable thumbsticks, and D-pad are what make this controller a must-have. Do you like longer thumbsticks for more precise shooting in Call of duty Modern Warfare? Or do you prefer the classic D-pad for fighting games such as Street Fighter IV? The Xbox Elite Series 2 allows you to quickly switch out its part easily and quickly between games. Enough about the hardware lets talk about what Microsoft put on the inside to fule this masterpiece of a controller.

What’s On The Inside?

To start off, the Elite Controller takes USB-C charging and Bluetooth connectivity. The software that Microsoft has placed inside this controller is phenomenal. It allows for the complete mapping and remapping of the controllers’ button layout. This means that gamers are able to choose what button they want to use to shoot, open doors with, and even move their character. Basically, you can be as creative as you like and ensure that you have the best button layout for your any game.

If you have multiple games that you enjoy playing on a regular basis, you are able to save your controller mappings to three separate profiles that you can quickly change between. With the press of a button on the front of the controller, this can be done in seconds. Finally, there is an app that can be used to change the controllers’ settings that allow for the finetuning of thumbstick movements and trigger pulls. Microsoft made it simple and easy for gamers this time.

Final Thoughts

The gaming experience you get from playing major games like NBA 2K20, Fortnite, and Call of Duty Modern Warfare on the Elite controller is like none other. Imagine never having to lift your thumbs from the sticks to jump because of the customizable paddles on the back of the controller.

Overall the Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 is one of the best controllers that I have used and there is no possibility of switching back to the standard model. The feeling and design of the controller are clean and it gives a sense if complete emersion in a game because of it’s full customizability. If you have the extra cash laying around and truly enjoy gaming on a regular basis, then this is a piece of hardware that I would not pass up.

What is Ghost Recon Breakpoint?

Ubisoft is back with another Tom Clancy Ghost Recon game and it is looking good! The name of the game is Ghost Recon Breakpoint. If you enjoy Ubisoft games then you will be happy to know that this game is closely related to Ubisoft’s 2017 action thriller, Ghost Recon Wildlands. This time around players will explore the mysterious world of Auroa and fight back against a US Special Forces unit gone rogue. In the E3 2019 Conference, Breakpoint was shown to the world and boy did it look good.

Is That Jon Bernthal from The Walking Dead?!

Yes, that’s right, Jon Bernthal is the main villain in this story! If you played the DLC in Ghost Recon Wildlands you may have noticed Jon in a mission that leads right into the storyline of Breakpoint. Jon plays as a Ghost turned bad and is now unleashing his special ops training and capabilities to complete his mission. With him, he brings his Army of Wolves that are equally dangerous and lethal on the battlefield.

Survival and Co-op Focused

Man oh man, it seems that a lot of focus has been put into the survival aspects of the game. Breakpoint points special emphasis on player stamina and injuries. Players will need to pay special attention to the stamina meter because it will affect how players will be able to move across the terrain. Stamina will reduce as players move up steep hills and may hinder key movements that players will need while under fire or moving to a key sniping position.

Players will also need to pay attention to the injuries that they acquire during missions. Get shot in the leg…your character will start limping; Catch a bullet in the arm… best believe that your aiming will not be as steady.

Let’s not forget about Co-op! Players will be able to explore the entire game with a buddy in Breakpoint’s massive open-world. In many cases, it will be extremely beneficial to have a partner while completing missions just because of the detail that was put into the survival aspects of the game. You may need some cover fire to get up and running after getting shot in the leg. You just never know, so it will be important to have someone covering your back as you explore the hostile filled terrain.

Character Customization

Just like in Ghost Recon Wildlands, players are given the option to fully customize their character. Aside from the option of player gender, there is a vast number of features that will ensure that no one character will look the same. If you’re not interested in the character creation process, no worries because the game offers the option to select a character preset.

When will we get Ghost Recon Break Point?

With real special forces soldiers on set to ensure that realism of the game, we are expecting a well polished and fluent game. Will Ubisoft live up to the hype? I guess we will find out on October 4th, 2019.

After five-plus years, Cyberpunk 2077’s release date has been announced! One of the most anticipated games of next year release date has been set for next year on April 16th, 2019. Game Type and Play Style

The makers have released 48 minutes of gameplay for the world to get a glimpse of what is to come. This video showed an open-world, first-person, role-playing game (RPG) that is set in a futuristic version of the world that has been redefined by cybernetic enhancements. Cyberpunk 2077 offers players a deep character customization system with the option to choose body type, hair tone, gender and a variety of other customization options for a character. Not only can players choose how they look, they are able to choose backstories that will have an effect on the storyline down the road.
