  • A Pluck of Many – A duplication spell that creates multiple Duplicates. These Duplicates will engage the enemy if the caster is attacked.
  • Red Tides – Transform into a wolf guai and inflict Scorch Bane on the enemy with each attack.
  • Wondering Wight – Ram the foe with your bronze skull, dealing massive damage.
  • Wind Tamer – Increases Damage Reduction and grants immunity to Strong Winds.

Combat Strategy

When the fight begins, you’ll want to immediately use Cloud Step to get in close and dodge any incoming attacks. Follow that up with Immobilize, leaving the bat vulnerable for a few seconds, allowing you to cast A Pluck of Many. Once you’ve done that, activate Wondering Wight and aim to deal as much damage as possible while the Apramana Bat is still frozen.

Dealing with its Flight

As expected from its wings, the Apramana Bat can take to the skies and try to create distance between itself and you. When it does, quickly close the gap by using your movement skills and position yourself near its legs or back to avoid its frontal attacks. This is the best position to launch your next wave of strikes.

Avoiding Defensive Stances

Keep the pressure on, but watch when the Apramana Bat takes a golden defensive stance. During this time, it can block all incoming damage and may stun you if you continue attacking. When you notice this stance, back up and prepare to dodge, as the bat will often follow up with a wing swipe.

Mobility and Positioning

If you’re struggling with damage or find it hard to keep up with the bat’s movements, remember to cast Red Tides. This transformation will increase mobility, allowing you to get close to and behind the boss quickly and continue dealing damage.

Key Opportunities for Damage

The best time to get your hits is immediately after the bat lands. It takes a long pause during this moment, which presents an excellent opening for your attacks.

The Arena Setup

Before the fight starts, let’s take a moment to discuss the arena. The boss fight area is divided into three quadrants by beams of light. Each beam acts as a gate, with a spike at the end to open or close the gates by interacting with it. Here’s the key thing: don’t run into the light!

Assigning Gatekeepers

To successfully navigate this battle, designate two players to be gatekeepers. They will open and close the gates during the fight. The tank should not be one of the gatekeepers, as they must focus on holding the boss’s aggro.

Once you’ve chosen your gatekeepers, have everyone except the tank stand in the same quadrant while the tank stays alone. It’s also essential to decide on which way you will rotate during the fight—either clockwise or counterclockwise—to avoid confusion during critical moments.

Boss Attack Patterns

The boss has a variety of devastating attacks that you need to be aware of. Let’s go over the key attacks to watch out for:

Map-wide Blast:

  • The boss will raise its arms and create a purple circle around its body. Once the circle closes, it releases a map-wide blast that can end the fight instantly or heavily damage the team. Block at the right time to survive. A good strategy is to block when the circle is about halfway closed.

Purple Gas Attack:

  • The boss sprays a cone of purple gas towards the player with a purple orb above their head (usually the tank). This is your cue to rotate to a new quadrant to avoid taking significant damage. Have one gatekeeper open the gate for the tank and the other open the gate for the party. The tank should join the party’s current quadrant while the rest of the group rotates to the empty one.

Purple Vortex:

  • The boss will summon a purple vortex on the ground. Move out of its range quickly, but you don’t have to morph unless necessary.

Red Orb Marking:

  • If you are marked with a red orb, move to the top corner of the arena, away from your party. A giant red vortex will spawn where you are, and it will suck in nearby players, dealing massive damage. Once the vortex appears, morph and run to safety.

Rotation and Communication

As mentioned, decide on your rotation direction early in the fight (left or right). When the tank is marked with a purple orb, the group must rotate accordingly. Open gates and rotate to avoid the boss’s dangerous attacks.

Also, avoid getting too close to the boss if you are a DPS player. If you accidentally pull aggro, it could lead to a party wipe.

Additional Tips

  • As the boss’s health gets low, it may mark two players with red orbs.
  • Healers, be prepared to save players who get caught by the boss’s wide-range attacks or fail to block in time.

By following these strategies, assigning gatekeepers, and staying coordinated with rotations, your team will have a much better chance of taking down this final boss in the Cursed Wasteland Dungeon. Stay patient, communicate well, and keep those blocks and dodges timed perfectly to win the fight.

7. Invest in Mastery Gear:

  • Alchemy Mastery Gear: Invest in and upgrade your Alchemy Mastery gear for higher levels of mastery to increase rare procs gains.

Now that we have the basics, let’s look at one of the best elixirs to consistently make to power up your alchemy level.

Best Elixit for Power Leveling

Why the Grim Reaper Elixir? The elixir that we will be covering today is the Grim Reaper Elixir. In my opinion, this is one of the best elixirs that you can make to earn massive amounts of XP for Alchemy. While there are other elixirs, like the Spirit Perfume Elixir, the materials for those recipes take much longer to gather. The key here is to produce more significant amounts of elixirs that give high XP rates and sell them straight to the central market to reclaim some of the silver spent on materials.

Requirements: Before we start, it is essential to know that you must be at least at the Alchemy level of Skilled 1 before you can make this elixir.

Ingredients Needed: There are five ingredients required to make the Grim Reaper’s Elixir:

  1. Sky Mushroom
  2. Monk’s Branch
  3. Trace of Nature
  4. Pure Powder Reagent
  5. Oil of Fortitude

Ingredient Breakdown:

Sky Mushroom:

  • Worker Node: Elric Shrine node in Mediah next to Helms Post (4 contribution points)
  • Central Market: Around 33,000 silver for the special Sky Mushroom

Monk’s Branch:

  • Worker Nodes: Forest of Seclusion (3 CP), Serendia Shrine (2 CP), Oze Pass (2 CP)
  • Central Market: Around 4,800 silver

Trace of Nature:

  • Finding Nodes:
    • Open your map and click the global icon to switch to the production nodes view.
    • Filter by node type and select Excavation.
    • Recommended Node: Lynch Farm Ruins (2 CP) near Heidel
  • Central Market: Around 50,000 silver

Pure Powder Reagent:

  • Ingredients Needed:
    • Sugar (from cooking vendor)
    • Silver Azalea (Northern Plain of Serendia node, 2 CP; Lynch Farm Ruins, 2 CP)
    • Wild Grass/Weeds (gathered or bought from the central market for around 7,700 silver)
    • Purified Water (process bottled water from Heidel or buy from general goods managers in Sand Grain Bazaar, Muiquun, or Arehaza)

Oil of Fortitude:

  • Ingredients Needed:
    • Clown’s Blood (combine Spirit’s Leaf, Powder of Darkness, Clear Liquid Reagent, and wolf or rhino Blood)
    • Monk’s Branch (as detailed above)
    • Fruit of Nature (farmed, gathered, or bought from the central market for around 185,000 silver)
    • Powder of Flame (mining nodes, suggested node: Imp Cave, 2-3 CP)

Crafting Process:

  1. Gathering Ingredients:
    • Use worker nodes and gathering to collect Sky Mushroom, Monk’s Branch, and Trace of Nature.
    • Make Pure Powder Reagent and Oil of Fortitude using the ingredients listed.
  2. Crafting the Grim Reaper Elixir:
    • Combine all gathered and crafted ingredients using an alchemy tool at home.

Final Tips:

  • Gathering materials yourself will maximize profit when selling the elixirs.
  • Use nodes and the central market to gather ingredients efficiently.

At the start of the game, you will only have access to the Skeletal Warriors. As you progress your character’s level, you will eventually unlock the Skeletal Mages at level 15. To unlock the Necromancer’s final and strongest minion, the Golem, there are a few extra steps that need to be taken.

How to Unlock the Golem Minion

Once your player reaches level 25, you will unlock the quest called “Necromancer: Call of the Underworld”. The beginning of this quest will take you to meet a famous Master Necromancer named Maltorius. Maltorius will send you on a series of quests before completing a ritual that will induct you into the ranks of Rathma’s priesthood. Once you complete the ritual you will unlock the final Golem Minion in the Book of the Dead.

Why load management?

As you progress through your MyNBA season your team will begin to experience fatigue. This can lead to player injuries and reduced performance on the court. You can see the team’s fatigue percentage, team fitness, and load-managed players under the Team Overview on your team’s Training Schedule page.

Placing players on load management will allow them to opt out of high-stress practices and choose a lower-stress option at the expense of training toward their ideal player type.

Steps

To place a player on load management follow these steps:

  1. From the main MyNBA home screen, open the navigation menu and go to the “Training” tab.
  2. In the “Training” tab select and open “Individual Training”.
  3. On this screen, you can select the player that you would like to place on load management. Select the player, level of load management, and confirm.

If you would like to take a player off the load management schedule, you can use the same steps. You can view the updated Team Overview screen to see any new players added to the load management list.

How to get a mount

Diablo 4 has a total of 6 Acts, each varying in length. To get a mount in Diablo 4, you will need to progress through each Act until you reach Act IV: A Gathering Storm. At the beginning of Act IV, you will receive the quest: Donan’s Favor. You must complete this quest to get your first mount.

Once you complete the quest: A Master’s Touch, Donan will tell you to visit the Stable Master in Kyovashad. Oskar, the Stable Master, will give you one of the mounts free of charge. Once you complete the quest, you can purchase additional mounts from different Stable Masters throughout Sanctuary. Each mount you purchase can be used on all characters on your account. You can summon your mount in almost all locations except for dungeons and other limited areas.

What would mounts be without some customization? Mounts in Diablo 4 have a number of customization options available that include mount type, armor, and trophies that can be attached to the saddle of your horse. There is also a marketplace where you can spend real money to purchase additional cosmetics.

Mount Skills

Your mount comes with basic mount and dismount skills that can be used almost anywhere along with class-specific skills that can be used while you have it summoned. Your mount can become scared when around too many enemies or takes too much damage. If this happens you will be knocked off and have to wait for a cooldown to end before you can summon it again.

With your new mount unlocked in Diablo 4, you can travel to quests and dungeons faster while leveling up those paragon levels.

How to Add a Created Player to a Custom Draft Class on NBA 2K22 Next-Gen

Creating a player can be one of the most exciting things to do in NBA 2K22. You can completely customize a player’s attributes and build type. The player can be as tall, fast, or skilled as you want. The best thing about creating a player is that you can add them to a draft class to use in other modes. There are two ways to do this.

Draft your custom player.

If you haven’t already created a player, you can do this by going to the features menu and selecting the create a player option. Select either the NBA or WNBA depending on what you want to make. You have the option to start from scratch, use current NBA players as a template, or use other templates that players across the 2K community have created. When you are finished, make sure you save your new custom player. The player should now be in the “Created Player” list. Now you are ready to add your created player to a draft class.

Follow these steps:

  1. Select “Create a draft class”

    In the features menu, scroll over to and select the “Create a draft class option.”

  2. Select “NBA” or “WNBA”

    Choose the league that your created player is in.

  3. Select a draft class type

    There are user templates and old rosters that you can use for ideas.

  4. Find your created player and select “copy to draft class”

    Once you select a draft type, you can see all the players that are in the upcoming draft for your next season. At the top, scroll to the “Created Players” menu to see the player you just created, or if you already made a player, they should be listed here.

  5. Remove a player from the current draft class

    In order for you to add your player, you will need to remove someone from the current draft class. The player that you remove will be removed permanently.

  6. Save and Exit

  7. Load your custom draft class when starting a new season

    When you create a new MyNBA or WNBA season and get to the part where it asked you about the draft class, make sure that you select the “Load Draft Class” option.

  8. Select “User-Created Draft Class”

    In the Draft Class picker select User-Created Draft Class.

  9. Select and load the draft class of your choice

    Scroll over to “My Files” and load up the draft class that you created.

You are also able to use a second method to add your created player to a draft class. After you create your player go straight to creating a new MyNBA or MyWNBA season and select “Create or edit draft class” when you’re asked about what draft class you want to use. You will have the option to add your created play here just like you would in the first method. That’s all there is to it. When the draft comes around you should see all the players that you added in the draft.

How to Make NBA 2K22 Easier

If you are new to NBA 2K22 or have difficulty winning games, there are settings that can make the game easier to play. On the surface, NBA 2K22 has difficulty settings that range from Rookie to Hall of Fame. Hall of Fame may be considered the most realistic gameplay however, it is also the most difficult setting to win on. You should only play on this level if you have decent experience playing 2K. Rookie is considered the easiest difficulty but for some this setting is still too difficult to play on.

When you are playing against other players online, the difficulty is locked to a default setting. The difficulty depends on what game mode you are playing. For example, when you are playing the MyTeam mode, you will not be able to change the difficulty to Rookie. You are stuck with the default setting that the 2K developers set it to. Your best bet is to practice and try to get better to compete against other players. On the other hand, if you are playing the Play Now mode, you can make the game as easy as you want.

Rookie is too hard!

If you find that the rookie difficulty is too hard, you have another setting that you can change. Sliders are NBA 2K22’s way of letting the player fully customize all aspects of the game. Sliders allow you to change things such as foul frequency, how easy it is to make shots, defensive difficulty, and much more. You can make the game as easy or difficult as you would like. If you are trying to get better at the game, I do not suggest you adjust the sliders. It could, however, lead to making incredible highlights. Messing with the sliders can make the game extremely fun and it is a great way to play without having to try too hard.

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the “Features” menu

    From the main screen go to the features menu.

  2. Choose “CPU and User Sliders”

    In this menu choose “CPU and User Sliders”

  3. Adjust the sliders or use the user-created settings

    This is where you can adjust all aspects of the game. At the top make sure that you have the correct tab selected. Whether you want to make changes for the user or for the computer. You have two options: adjust the sliders yourself or use settings that were made by players in the 2k community.

Adjust these settings!

To make the game as easy as possible, I suggest choosing a user-created setting that says something like “100 User / 0 CUP.” You can manually move the slides but it may take some time to do. Just make sure that you save what you change when you finish.

You also have the option to do this while you’re in a game. Just go to the start menu and under the options section and select CPU sliders. You can move the sliders here or load the one that you want. You also have the option to use the premade ones. Now you can be unstoppable and create some crazy clips.
